Arranging Bus Transportation

To arrange transportation please complete our Transportation Form by clicking the button below. If your student finished the 2023-2024 school year on the bus, they are already registered in our system and there is no need to complete the form again. If your address, phone, email or any other information has changed, please complete the form to update our system.

Transportation in Ephrata

The Ephrata School District operates 35 school buses that, together, travel more than 16,000 miles on 24 routes each school year. Buses are inspected by the Washington State Patrol three times a year to ensure that students and drivers are kept safe at all times. Our in-house mechanics perform regular maintenance and repair issues as needed. Safety is our top priority.

We staff more than 30 bus drivers, eight substitute drivers and five bus monitors to keep our buses moving. In Ephrata, more than 800 kids take the bus each day.

Ephrata buses are busy! We run 18 general routes, three special education routes and two or three preschool routes depending on the number of students enrolled. Our drivers are amazing and helpful. Make sure to break  for them (and give them a wave) when you see them in action.
